The billing dept is horrible. Payments Ive made are not credited or take 6 months to show on a statement. Staff’s standard answer is to blame the bank. Not happy.

They charge outrageous prices you use the products for less than an hour they refused to let you return it and give you your money back they rip people off. Staff is snotty.

Older parents got their lift chairs today, about $5000 worth, delivery company wouldn’t move old chairs to garage, very poor customer service!
