I didn’t wait long. I got right into triage and straight to a room. The staff was prompt in treating and discharging.

I broke my collarbone riding and all they did was put me in a sling and sent me home without cleaning any of my serious bleeding cuts. This place should be shut down, every time I come here the service and care gets worse.

I have been here several times for severe poison oak reactions needing urgent relief and I have been helped quickly and efficiently each time. I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl on July 14, 1988! I know it’s been 30yrs ago, but I remember like it was yesterday. I would not go to Hazel Hawkins. They do not triage upon arriving nor do they check vitals to determine the severity. They instead have you fill out paperwork and make you wait an hour or more without being seen by medical staff. Had to drive 15 mins to Saint Louise for medical assistance and was quickly attended.
