I don’t understand the negative reviews on this business. For years the girls in the office have always been super helpful and sweet to me. Always greet me with a smile and treat me like family!
The office has always been professional and efficient. I am always pleased when making requests for assistance. These negative reviews by others are not my experience nor indicative of the office personnel.
$100 connection fee. High water rates. They make you come into their office for absolutely no reason to do anything with your account. Rude and lazy staff. Zero online bill management system. Overall a very poorly run utility company that is fleecing it’s customers anyway possible
Minimum charges of $18.50 for irrigation whether you are using your irrigation or not. Seems like a scam to me, but they have the monopoly so not much you can do.
