This organization is so poorly run. They have lost my paperwork multiple times and you cannot post a claim online so everything needs to be sent through the mail.
I can’t put in words how frustrating it is dealing with this company. For the sake of not putting personal information out there I can only say, do not under any circumstances voluntarily use their services.
After multiple calls, many follow ups…. and they still over charged me- took almost a month now to disenroll me… thank god I called again and again.. because every call I discovered more issues on their end!! Yet.. resolution still hasnt been made.
