It took six hours for these people to show up for a stat (meaning urgent) x-ray order. There was all kinds of excuses. I think they’re incompetent and I would never recommend them to anyone.
Showed up at my house unannounced. Phone call today never came to schedule. Stephanie is rude, unpredictable, and creates a hostile environment. Do NOT use these jerks.
These people absolutely Refuse to make an appointment or give you any idea when they’re going to be there. If you call they keep threatening to cancel altogether if you want at least the DAY they will be there, even knowing you NEED this xray! Like it’s a favor to show up at all. Not the way to deal with sick people!
