I’ve used HCU for a number of years now & have been very pleased overall. Friendly people that are easy to work with, no bad experiences in the building. I have however had some trouble being kicked out of the mobile app often (probably a problem on my side with a bad connection). Other than that I have enjoyed my banking experience
