  1. Ability to make an appointment enabled a short wait time. Front desk was very professional and attentive. Nurse and nurse practitioner very friendly, actively listened, and provided quick, easy resolution to symptoms.

  4. Now that Norton has taken over this office it’s gotten worse. They act like the phone doesn’t exist anymore. Next door claims they don’t work with each other yet are in the same office managed by the same company yet can’t walk 2 feet in the hall behind the desk and ask the other side to answer their damn phones.

  5. Gave me the wrong diagnosis. They treated me for something I didn’t have. The front desk lady is very kind but the nurse and dr are rude. Had to go to another dr to get the right treatment.

  39. This was the fastest service I’ve ever received at an ICC. The staff were all very friendly and kind. They immediately got to the point and got me back to X-ray to get me answers. I appreciate how kind and personable they were. I would definitely come back here if necessary.

  47. Just as at any urgent care facility there is usually a wait time. Mine was not bad at all. Time passes nicely with the phone. From the first person who encounter to the last everyone is caring concerned and helpful. My third or fourth visit to this Nortons Care center and never disappointed.

  62. I’ve been here several times over the last year and have received quality care. The providers are great and have promptly followed up with me when they receive test results. I much prefer using this clinic versus trying to schedule something with the clinic on base.
