Excellent, prompt and quality service! They fixed two pairs of shoes (replaced the heels) in two days and called me when they were done. The job on the shoes was done perfectly.
I would be inclined to shop here but the commercials are super annoying and invasive. I cannot understand why no one has given the company feedback on this. I literally change the radio station when they come on. Hire somebody to do professional advertising. This is been going on for years and years.
The staff here are amazing. They are super knowledgeable and helpful. They listen really well and I always end up with a very comfortable shoe that fits my needs whether it be standing while working all day, walking, or jogging. The shoes are a little expensive but they have seasonal sales that make it more affordable.
