Worst management company ever I live at mollison towne homes they’ve alowed rente,rs and are doing nothing about the parkimg situation they violate their own polices now theres no where to park in my own condo complex.
Speaking as a professional in the HOA industry for over 30 years, these folks are unresponsive, unreliable and unprofessional. HOAs should look elsewhere for a management team.
Helm does a great job with staying on top of the property’s needs and with responding to the owners’ requests. I have always found their service to be outstanding.

Slow to respond to repairs quick to fine. Tried to fine me three times for things on my patio that weren’t there. Must have confused me with a neighbor. Really annoying, unprofessional board. One of the main reasons for moving out.
I’m surprised to see negative comments about Helm as I’ve found them truly the most professional management company from a Realtor’s perspective. I’ve interacted with them countless times over the last decade when listing condos for sale in the La Mesa and Downtown San Diego communities.
Not a fun company to deal with once you move out. Read your lease and know where your deposit will go once you’re out. This company took advantage of our money once we left and that’s $450 we will not get back from ‘cleaning’ charges…oh …
Completely incompetent. They do not know or understand the laws effecting HOA’s. They are completely unresponsive to homeowners. Any HOA hiring this company is wasting their money – in my opinion.

Even with known-registered tenant vehicles, the HOA is quick to tow vehicles without warning if the rear view mirror tag isn’t displayed. It could be sitting on the passenger seat but they’ll still tow without even a warning. Absolutely unreasonable. Could not rate them any lower.
