Most of the people working here are nice and helpful and treat you with respect, as it should be. In and out pretty quick over the last 5 years or so that we have been coming here.
Had an appointment at 8:30 so was there at 8:15am for check in and paperwork, was sent to the next suit at 8:30 and waited almost an hour to be told by the technician that I wasn’t on the list and she already had her 8:30 appointment! I requested the morning off from work for this, very disappointed!!
I have never had a problem here. They actually answer their phones at the location you are calling. The place is clean and this is my preferred place for any imaging services I need to have done in Hemet.
The facility is one of the worst medical and imaging locations I have ever been to. In this day and age of internet and electronic, it is ridiculous and illogical that it takes so long to transfer the x-rays to a doctor. Also the.plave is not sanitary.

I really like HVI. They get you right in and right out, no waiting in the office like the other imaging places. The workers there are very nice and very efficient! I would like for hvi to get the patient portal though.
