Website is glitchy, payment process could be much more streamlined
Hendersonville, TN is a suburb of Nashville. Hard to believe they have a service website as backwards as it is. You can’t discontinue service online; can’t do much of anything online. Whoever designed it is not a professional.
My favorite thing in the world is to make a payment online, receive a confirmation, and then find out my bill was never actually payed. Good stuff.
Phenomenally rude & incompetent, but they have the authority, and you will grovel.
Horrible service, lack of communication, and very unprofessional. Due to their own mistake, I went without water for 4 days, because they lack anyone to work on Saturday, even though it was supposed to be turned on on Friday.
The Website to login and pay has been “NOT SECURE” lately…makes me concerned that privacy data will be exposed. Get your webmaster to look into this issue asap!!
2019 and they seriously don’t have an option to set up autodraft to pay my bill every month? Plus, if I pay online, I get to pay a $1.25 fee?
About as heartless as you can get. Still charge reconnect fees even if you cut it back on yourself and won’t wait one day even if you call and say that you will pay on the 1st they will still cut it off at the end of the month. No different than the rest of the monopoly agencies.

I’ve had absolutely no problem with Hendersonville utility district. They are so polite on the phone. I’ve never had any problems with my billing other than it being way way too high. But that’s the county officials that need to fix that!
I got my driveway paved and water department had to put a new water meter for my neighbors next door.water department crew got mud and dirty water all over my driveway and messed up my whole driveway.I had to spend about $20 worth of water …

Hendersonville Utility was quick in responding to my request after the bad freeze during the holidays! The two individuals who came to check my meter were super kind and explained everything thoroughly. I feel super lucky they took the situation seriously so it wouldn’t affect my house!
