This hospital is worthless needs to be shut down or needs staff that actually cares about there patients been here for almost 5hrs and they came in 2 times thats it and when i checked on the status on things they said priority first so we aren’t on your list if i could give this place a negative star rating i would
I have been here at least 4 times for different things and I have never once had exceptional staff or timing. I’ve had to wait an unreasonable amount of time each time. 0/10 would absolutely NEVER recommend to anyone. What a horrible place with horrible experiences.
Completely awful. Rude and disrespectful doctors and nurses that seem lost and only there to file the paper work, no clue for when somebody truly needs help. You’ll have to go back several times within a day for them to understand the true nature of your issue.
I had a broken arm. Except for the X-ray tech, the Dr and nurse were rude and wouldn’t listen to my questions. The ER Dr stood at the foot of the bed, hands on his hips, being huffy and rude. My husband swears that we will never return.

I recently went in for my first routine colonoscopy. (I wasn’t looking forward to the experience.) From the time I entered the hospital until I left I received excellent care. Everyone went out of their way to make me comfortable. A big thanks to the surgical team for their compassionate care!!

Henry County has been a wonderful facility. Everyone that my husband and I have interacted with has been very kind and thoughtful. They have gone above and beyond to help people. Our child was born here and had a great experience.

No signs to say where the ER is inside the building from the front. Waited 3+ hours for a simple urine sample result to come back. Do better.
Nlive here in Napoleon so it’s easier for me to go out there. Plus all the people are really kind and they really try and d help you get well faster.
