  1. Very disappointed how the customer service handles issues/phone calls.
    Also, the online account is not very informative. If I didn’t have to use them I would not!!!!

  3. Horrible service when it comes to reporting a leak!!! they tell you to call the same number you just dialed to report it, what on earth???? no emergency number available and no emergency crew or dispatcher to at least take the call!! GET IT TOGETHER HENRY COUNTY WATER!!!

  5. Henry County Water Authority=Greedy. As of this week there is a now a $2.50 service fee ($30 per year) to pay water bills online or by phone. (80,000 household units + 3500 employer establishments)=a potential extra $2,505,000.

  6. The website is a complete disappointment/joke. None of the features work. Any option I choose states no history or never loads. And they charge you to pay online. Do better Henry County.

  17. I worked with Henry County Water for a commercial construction project. They were very helpful working through impact fees and evaluating the project. My experience with each individual was great!
