Couldn’t be worse. The rates are way too high, and they have an estimation cycle so any cost saving measure you take can’t take effect. They will read the numbers on your meter and if it’s not a number they like they will just estimate it instead so they can get some more money.

Last night my power was out for over 5 hours, today its out again this is not uncommon. This utility company attempts to put eviction notices on Rich Lees’ tenants homes. I approached one of their drivers/workers one day and told him what he’s doing is illegal, as the Sheriffs office is the only governing body that can issue eviction notices.
