  5. It’s 2018 and this company does not seem to have the ability to let me pay my bill online automatically. Also, the customer service wasn’t very swift the few times I had to go into the facility.

  6. Consistently sends bills past the due date, which is crazy because we live 3.5 miles away from their main office. Also the water mains break all the time.

  8. I have had an account with them for three years & have never had an issue. I have had several leaks that they immediately fixed. The people in the office are always friendly and helpful.
