Started calling a hour before they closed and couldn’t get anyone to answer, sat on hold for 25 min no answer. I came to get my thyroid looked at and was told the doctor would call not a robot. Don’t waste time calling.

The receptionist can be so RUDE. They don’t know how to talk to you at times. They have to remember that respect goes both ways. It’s time for me to find another doctor.
