This company is a joke we ate out of water all the time and can’t get any service. This company needs to be taken over
Seemed to always be closed and it seems like there are more “fees” than your regular bill…..Worst experience almost every time.
The amount they charge is outrageous. My bill for just one person is usually $50-$60 a month. I’ve never had a bill below that. When I lived in Hokes Bluff my bill was $18-20. I understand highland is co-oped with Gadsden and they have to buy the water but the up charge is ridiculous.
