Have been without power all day with it snowing and cannot get through to talk to anyone or try to report the issue. All it gives is a busy tone and hangs up on you.
Power has been out all day. Phone calls not going through all I get is a busy signal and then hung up on. Also no news or eta on when power will be restored.
After Hurricane Harvey wrecked our local electric lines (Victoria, TX), crews from this coop got us up and going again. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for giving tirelessly of yourselves in difficult conditions and circumstances. You guys are 5 stars…in this life and the next!
They have always been “Johnny on the spot” for us when we have had an outage, even when it is pouring down rain at night. Our bills have been great compared to having TXU electric when we lived in Cleburne.
Was 2 days late on my light bill due to auto draft didn’t work. Was charged an additional $500 deposit to get it back on and they are the only company we are allowed to have. Being paying it on time for 2 years. We had to borrow money from family, and pull money from other places. Smh
I’ve had at least 5 bad experiences with this company in less than a year. The customer support is garbage, the bills are high and the fees are worse. Good luck running a business this poorly when competition moves in.
Electric shut off for 30 mins costs you 225.00 and then some. Great job. (Sarcasm) wish there was better providers out here. It aint enough they charge you to be apart of their company, but they ultra charge for pressing a few buttons to restore the power.
The lady I spoke to was professional. However the company is terrible. I have a prepaid account because I chose not to pay their deposit. I can track my daily electricity usage. when I called about itbeing charged 15 dollars more than normal for the days usage they say its the cost of energy rising every month.
We called for a power outage tonight to find out your awesome crew was already on our road looking for the problem. What a great Co-op we are part of. Bless you guys.
