All staff is very polite and efficient. The visits take some time but there are various tests to perform in different places. So plan at least an hour or more to be thoroughly examined. Also not crowded if you arrive early in the morning.
Everyone there is very professional and friendly. The wait is usually manageable; they seem to have a good rotation for filtering patients through the system. The exam feels thorough and not rushed.

This is a great place for eye care. My previous doctor was a nightmare every visit. Here the doc is great. Takes his time and makes sure you understand everything. The staff is wonderful. I also like the eyeglass shop right there. It is a bit of a drive for me but it is worth it for the care.
