My nephew and I were taken to Hillcrest because of our being in a major car accident. and we were treated with kindness, and Great professional help. I always ask to go to this hospital whenever I need help
Very good care for an unplanned operation. Minor complaints about receiving requested restricted diet.
Each person I encountered was polite and friendly. The technicians in the radiology department were professional and were thorough in their explanation of the test they were conducting.
I checked in at 12am. Nurse came in hooked me up, did culture. Dr will be with you. 4am no dr I walked out after speaking with rn, excuse we only have 1 Dr. Shouldnt you have told me that? I’m sure I’m getting a full bill
My first time getting admitted to a Hospital here in Tulsa, very happy with the service and doctors, they took very good care of me. Thank you for everything that every Doctor, nurse, and aide did for me.

Hillcrest south is an excellent hospital. The care they provide is wonderful, and the staff is amazing. I’ve had a few procedures completed there, and I’ve always been well taken care of, and cared for by all the staff.
I have been here for 12 plus hours and talk to a nurse for 5 minutes. When I asked to leave they sent a doctor in and she said let me go get my stethoscope. 2 hours later I’m still here. I understand it being an ER but 12 plus hours and nothing!!!!!!!!!!!
They took amazing care of my wife. When other hospitals in towns emergency care facilities didn’t want to help my wife in pain. I would recommend them over all healthcare facilities in Tulsa.

CTscan was fine but the check-in was somewhat chaotic and the waiting area really was too small for the amount of people scheduled.
We waited 3 hours. We told the desk we were stepping outside to make a call and they said it will be a while. We stepped outside to make a call. They call our name 1 minute after we walked out the door then took us off the list. The anger …
This is the second time I’ve been hospitalized at Hillcrest South. And I have found the doctors and nurses that treated me were just the best. I had issues they took care of without complaining. I picked southcrest over any hospital in the area.
I love going to the lab they are very organized and efficient, today we were there maybe twenty minutes. Their techs know how to get their blood samples and your out of there. Love it!
Everyone was absolutely great!!! All my nurses and techs were fantastic, took really great care of me. Dr. Harris was amazing best dr I’ve ever had. Great experience all around!!

Seamless outpatient procedure with thorough explanations, active involvement of the team for a ‘time out’ before the procedure, and an excellent set of discharge instructions. All the staff was friendly and professional. The RN started the IV painlessly thanks to the use of buffered lidocaine. Very happy with experience here.

Have had great care @ Hillcrest South. We have never been patients in hospital but numerous tests and every time we’ve had the kindest people assist us. Thank you Hillcrest South
The doctor was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. His nurse was awful. She was rough and had zero bedside manners.
Took care of my pain but ignored the fact that I had an infection. Told me all my blood work was totally Normal. Turns out I had a serious infection and was so dehydrated I was passing out while I was being released.

The emergency room staff were very helpful and attentive even though they were very busy that day. They made sure that I was taken care of from X-rays to medications . I will always go to Hillcrest for my health care. Thank you so much

Worst Hospital and ER ever. Daughter had wreck this morning and was taken to this lousy place. Emt was worried about cardiac arrest due to extreme heart rate and how hard airbag hit her. They were very nice but did not treat my complaints of diarrhea & migraine( admitted me 3 days). Said my complaints were for attention. I mentioned opioids as conversation & written as seeking. I never asked but have chronic illnesses so I didn’t think to refuse. I won’t ever ask. I’ve never asked any dr for them. Call my primary

Evie was as good as they get. She was very professional and friendly in a way that put me completely at ease. If I ever need a health professional again I wish I could request her.

A family member was here on ICU. The nurses and staff were very friendly especially Jerry on the ICU floor. However they are extremely understaffed, floors are dirty and trashes are overflowing everywhere. Toilets were not clean. I would recommend the hospital just because of the care we received.
The care I received from the registration to the young lady who wheeled me to the car was outstanding. However, someone order my blood thinner from Expressscripts which is a mail order source instead of the local pharmacy. I caught the …
Wonderful experience as entire staff from medical to service staff carried the desire to treat me as a valued family member. This was my second time in the hospital- first was hip replacement July 8th and most recent a stroke on Sept 3rd. Thanks for making me feel important! I am a pastor and y’all ministered well. Pastor Kirk Voth

I had to keep asking for my meds and I was there almost 3 days and still didn’t get some of my regular meds. I found that the staff was very loud in the mornings before anyone was awake and way before breakfast. I don’t know if that is …

The outpatient team of nurses and support staff were super friendly and helpful. It was a very nice experience. Thanks to Carrerra, Donna, Dr. Ketchanji and others I can’t remember names of.
One of the worse experience in my life in regards to Qaulity of Care and qualified staff in the ER. The ER was staffed w PA& NPs not MD or DOs, also had LPNs vs RNs in the ER w Med Techs who couldn’t draw blood after half a dozen tries but …

The level of compassion, professionalism, and Quality of immediate care during this emergency was unmeasurable!! First Class all the way!!!
The nursing, tech and support staff were outstanding. I thought I had the best care at MD Anderson. This group morning, evening, weekend and weekday made no difference, shocked considering the staff shortage that is going on.
I received excellent care at Hillcrest South that I am very grateful for. I had my son here two weeks ago and the labor and delivery nurses were outstanding and so kind. I developed postpartum pre-eclampsia and the care I received from the …
Great experience once you get to the right place. There is some confusion between the clinic at the start of the property or the clinic at the back of the hospital. Wish there were a better way to make it easier. Otherwise, the care was great, Dr. Pittman very good and the staff top notch.
I have never been made to feel like less of a human than the ER doctor made me feel today. Computers were down so I guess she couldn’t Google my symptoms and decided to brush me off instead. Why become a doctor if you don’t have a heart to help. I will go to vets office before I come back to this place
I was admitted to Hillcrest South’s ER recently for chest pains, exhaustion, low potassium, and dehydration. For the most part the staff was professional and efficient especially Dr. Andrews and Nurse Brittnny. Both were compassionate and …

He was not distracted at all when working with us. He did a great job. All the members of his staff were very helpful and friendly too. Thanks!
I had a great experience after my hysterectomy except for my last day nurse (Donna) she didn’t give me the time of day, she would ask a question but be literally walking out of the room before me, the patient, answer. She also didn’t give …
Longest wait I’ve ever experienced in an emergency room. 5 hours already, I’m in pain and I’m getting ready to walk out. They give everyone an EKG the minute you check in so you are stuck with that charge even if you end up leaving. One …

Every single person, from the doctors, nurses, techs, staff, are all extremely nice, kind, patient, helpful. I’ve never been in a hospital where I’ve been treated so well at all times. It’s not a fluke. I’ve been a patient here before and they are ALL just wonderful people. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing hospital level care.

There were a few nurses who need training in manners and compassion….and some of those nurses and respiratory techs need training in caring for special needs patients…however I will say that Kelli (ICU nurse) and Katelyn (ICU nurse) …

During my visit, the doctors and nurses were great! I couldn’t have had better care. Dr. Wilson did my surgery, and he was there to see me every day. The nurses I had were traveling nurses and they really was on the ball and took care of my every need. Thank you Hillcrest and to everyone for such a wonderful experience!
I spent 4 nights there and couldn’t ask for a better experience. All of the staff were very kind and professional and helpful. I didn’t have one negative event during my entire stay. I don’t want to mention any names for fear of leaving anyone out. Thanks for making my first stay overnight in a hospital a very positive one.
Very understaffed, doctors don’t read each other notes (which leads to conflicting results and a lot of unnecessary stress), and most rooms don’t get throughly cleaned due to the time crunches. The call button is more of a button that makes …
