Staff is rude and Ill informed my girlfriend about a copay highly unprofessional in my opinion. Been here twice lately both times the front desk staff were rude to me. Two different people I might add

First time going to this hospital fantastic is all I can say went in for possible broken arm. Staff was eDocxcellent cray department was very efficient thank you Mike you were awesome Er doctor and nurse were very good!!!! Sorry I can’t remember your name but once again thank you alll!!!
Wonderful hospital with very friendly staff. Some things take a while but it’s a rural hospital and is to be expected. Their kindness and compassion more than make up for it.
Wasted money on an ER visit to get a shot of some NSAID that did nothing for my back and got told sorry we can’t help you, make an appointment with your doctor. They can shove that bill.
Terribly slow. They had called to make my surgery a half an hour earlier than originally planned, and I STILL sat in a bed for over 2 hours with zero other patients around. Overheard doctor communicating with nurses and felt rather unsettled about whose care I would be in for my operation.

Second time in this ER. First, was sent by PCP to be evaluated for possible head injury from a fall and they didnt address it at all, they treated me for my chronic condition. Second, was for my chronic condition and they didnt treat me at all. Everyone was rude from receptionist to doctor. Will never go back.
