I really like Hillside and the staff has always been great, but trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare. I’m generally on hold for at least half an hour, usually longer. I do most of my communicating through their patient portal, but it is often not working. Definitely difficult to schedule or whatnot.
I love this office. Dr Hart is wonderful! The most kind and thorough doctor that I’ve ever had. Sometimes you do have to wait quite a while. For me it’s worth it. I was really not impressed with the lab person on my visit. I don’t know if she was sanitizing between patients, but I witnessed her putting her gloves on, and then tearing off the index finger, and then drawing blood. This is not an acceptable procedure.
