Horrible service, rude, ignorant staff. Takes hours to order oxygen and they always get it wrong. I live 70 miles away and normally I have to drive into town to get my oxygen because they can’t get it right. I would use another company but they are just as bad.
This company hires people that can’t understand the job whatsoever. If I could give it a lower scoring I would! The only thing they are consistent about is placing you on hold and not taking ownership of the call, instead they pass you into someone else and you have to wait days before having your issues addressed.
One of their drivers almost ran me off the road on Louisiana south of the freeway. He was going at least 60mph. I got his unit number and tried to complain, but after a half hour on hold I gave up. After reading the other reviews I can see why. This is a national company that could care less.
