Experience with West Vineyard HOA has been disappointing; they take forever to respond to messages and they pass the buck or throw homeowner’s questions/issues over the wall.
HOA community solutions has been an excellent resource for our HOA. They have solved many of our problems and have enforced community rules.
Pretty horrific. They screwed up the billing process our HOA had for ten years and then without notice turned residents over to collections who demanded outrageous fees. This company single handled turned a community of neighbors into a pool for fee scams.
