Not a very good start for this insurance they will not talk with my contractors on the job that needs to be done and they go by a computer program that is not up to date withm the cost of materials
No one answered phone during the business hours. Had to leave a message. No one called before 5 or 6pm. The next day about 7:30pm someone called me. I was preparing to serve dinner and it was a bad time to talk. She said she would call back but never did.
I was run into by one of their clients. It’s been a week and still no rental. They just put me thru from one person to the next, without any answers. They were rude and inconsiderate of anything I’m experiencing. I’m hiring an attorney. Do not choose these people! Save yourself and choose someone else to represent you!
