Extremely rude and unprofessional. Very high prices. Company will not work with you on your bill that they jacked up not even in emergency situations. They are the main reason I will not ever live in coolidge. Ever.
This Electric company is a total rip off my electric bill is also $500 as well if not even more a month and half of the time were never home… So I honestly don’t understand how it could be so high all of the time. Also the people that work there are also very rude and very unprofessional….
Debie in the office is extreanlyr rude and they will increase your power over a 2013 board of directions statement about 10 years old just to get that extra dollar out of you
Our average bill is $500 a month. I thought it was just us that had this high of a bill but no, that’s the “average” for this company, on a GOOD month. Overpriced, for what? If you move to Coolidge, AVOID this electricity company. Your Electric Bill will be more then your Mortgage!
I like this company. Here’s the facts though; If your bill is too high, you might dial down on consumption. I think another reason people hate ANY utility company is they can’t afford their bill they get angry at them. Some of the people there seem a little dense, it’s true, but all in all their fine.
I’ve had SRP and APS and my bills are much lower even though I moved from a 2BR apartment to a 3 BR house.. my highest bill last year was $224 and that was mid summer with AC set at 77
When is Hohokam going to start working with Solar companies? With rising energy costs, Hohokam does not even buy back the over produced energy. Get with the energy program!!!
