Having a crown put in. The temporary fell out twice requiring two additional stops at the dentist. Today the crown did not fit properly- two more weeks of a temporary crown and additional time without the permanent fix. Disappointed with the quality control. Due to a issue with placing a dental bridge on my front teeth two months ago the bridge has to be replaced . Holladay dental is covering the cost of the dental under a warranty which I appreciate.

Everyone in the office was wonderful and very friendly. When issues with our insurance popped up, the staff was so amazing and quickly resolved the problems so we were able to be seen by the dentist in very short order. I get that sometimes they canāt avoid it but I had bleach get into my mouth twice during a root canal. Maybe next time change the equipment or adjust the mouth guard so it doesnāt happen again. They did however stay late to get the job done.

By far the best dental experience Iāve had. The staff is incredible with our kids. We actually enjoy going to the dentist. When Dr Napa and the team treat my teeth they explain everything they are doing, I have the utmost confidence in them. My dental health has never been better.

The worst cavity filling Iāve ever had. The cavity filling is so bad you can see it from a mile away they didnāt even try to make my teeth smooth or the right color. Iāve had the dentist tell me I need crowns and gotten a second opinion. ā¦
The staff is all super nice and helpful. They have a comfort menu for Netflix, neck pillows, blankets, chilled water and their chairs are also massage chairs if you wanted to use them while getting teeth worked on. Very positive experience and I am definitely looking forward to the next visit!
Incredible first visit and exam! I had my 5 year old daughter with me and they were so kind. Kylee, made her feel at home putting on my little ponies for her in the room with me getting her toys and cookies and drinks. They were very thorough with the whole exam and payments. I was much impressed with the speed at which the staff at Holladay Dental took care of my emergency after I broke a tooth eating breakfast on August 11. Within an hour and a half after my emergency phone call, Dr. Carmody and his DA Kylie were diligently at work and saved my old tooth! Very professional!

The Dental studio is really good. They offer you lots of services (you have Netflix, blankets, massage…). I liked the doctor, he was so accurate and helping me get the best price and treatment. During my appointment, I was waiting for a long time because there was another patient schedule at the same moment.
Dr. Erickson is the best top dentist for implants as well as any other dental procedures, his assistant Lacey is so understanding and knows just how to take care of everything needed, great personality.

He made a repair to a temporary denture when I thought for sure he would have to send my denture out to the lab for the repair needed.
