Lack of communication. When I spoke to the receptionist on the phone, she lacked to tell me to bring my prescription, even though she knew I was a new patient and have never been to an imaging place before…without my prescription, the staff told me it was illegal to see me.
When I called to get an appointment, the staff on phone was very rude to me and gave me appointment as if she is doing a favor to me… I might cancel the appointment and will go somewhere else. I only call this place because it’s closer to my house.
Great Experience … No complaints … my appointment was at 2PM … got there 15 minutes early … filled out my paperwork at 1:55PM … got seen at 2PM … out of there by 2:10PM. WOW! =)

I spent almost 15 minutes on the phone to give my details (she could have pulled up my information since i am already in the system). then, the phone was disconnected, and she didnt even bother to call back. After few more tries, i was told they will call back to make my appointment. bad customer service.
This facility has all the imaging procedures in one building. The staff are usually nice and the facility is always clean and organized. These is plenty of parking and the building js handicap assesable. Sometimes the wait can be a bit long but all around this is a great facility to get your imaging done in.
I have been to other local imaging locations, and it’s always a been a disaster. One simple procedure took 3 visits. Holmdel Imaging is professional, prompt, and very respectful / courteous. We heartily recommend Holmdel Imaging.

I have been here twice for ultrasound and mammos. These girls are all wonderful on the phone and in the office. Very professional and compassionate.
