  1. Holy name hospitals is not a place to work for !! But I resigned from the department I worked for due to unprofessionalism management , lack of leadership, and to much favoritism – 👎🏾 …

  2. Everytime i go to this hospital the nurses are so nice they always want to help you,the food ordering system and delivery needs to be more accurate in time but the rest is great.

  3. This is one of the worst hospitals…lazy nurses to start with….I also took my mom twice and both times they took X-rays but didn’t X-ray enough of her arm to catch the break sent her home …well she needed two surgeries omg

  4. Holy Name hospital has done a fantastic job running this vaccination center, everyone is friendly and efficient, we were in and out quickly.

  5. It was a loot. I called them to kñow what would be the bill approximately they gave me wrong info and later bill came out to be huge, i regret going there..its too costly..like a loot or scam.

  6. Donna Vaglio is the most horrible person in this place. She is disgustingly rude, obnoxious , and completely disrespectful . I wish we’ve never encountered her. Shame on this place for maintaining her employ.

  9. Everyone here – nurses, patient advocates, chaplain, volunteers and even parking attendant – did such a great job taking care of my father. They are on top of their game!

  10. Tried calling to find out if my sister was still at the hospital and was made to play phone tag with every department and told me nothing. Completely unprofessional and frustrating to no end. My sister has a mental disorder and I can’t get any information from this hospital

  11. i had a baby on the 06/22/21 communications was so poor that i missed being there for my son birth even tho i had slept there. i will never go back to this place.

  12. There is a doctor by the name of, Tim Lancaster. That will help you regardless of your situation! Or “problem”

  15. An aunt of mine lives in Fort Lee, and was taken here a few times, this is a sorry excuse for a hospital. She got poor care, and they missed things. It is not Holy Name, it is really an UNHOLY SHAME. It has several nicknames, including unholy shame, holy cow, and wholly lame, and wholly insane. Go to HACKENSACK.

  16. I highly recommend the events at Holy Name that are for those who have been affected by cancer. Jammed packed full of fun. Courtney Lozano is the program director and a great host.

  17. 150 am. Emergency rooms and personal none stop talk each other’s laugh its here hospital shouldn’t you be quiet first you hospital emergency room is your place to chat.mi

  18. Constantly changing times for procedures. Not providing information until the last minute causing you to run around under threat of your appointment being postponed and then after just moving it anyway. I will never go here for anything ever again.

  19. They are really careless of their work. They tell you one thing then they forget about you for hours. They do an EXTREMELY poor job at taking care of you. There’s no communication between all of them. Your time will be wasted here!

  20. Avoid the ER. Patrick, an ER staff employee, was rude. I approached to ask a question, he pretended not to hear. I asked once again, he looked at me annoyed responding, “I’m in the middle of something.” He didn’t seem busy. I work in the healthcare field, I was extremely shocked by the lack of professionalism he showed.

  21. I call Holyname Hospital the third week of September to do my pre admission, and was told that a nurse would call me,and next week Friday is my surgery,up until now that NURSE hasn’t called me,this is very unprofessional, are they gonna wait until the last minute to call me,they can forget it.

  22. Holy Name was once a very reputable hospital but it is so grossly understaffed now that it is like a 3rd world experience going to this hospital. If it is a holiday weekend, don’t get injured or sick. If you do, go somewhere else.

  23. One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had at a hospital. Awful communication, awful staff, rude nurses and doctors. I have never in my life been so disgusted with a hospital facility. Will not recommend nor will I ever come back.

  26. ER doc’s English comprehension and communication were unaccetable and she made mistakes. Then you are overbilled and insurance company had to fight them and we had to ignore scary collections notices. Everyone knows you choose another ER.

  27. I come to Holy Name for a 30 minutes infusion and I am her all day my day starts at the infusion center at 8:30 am and I leave a 2:00 pm they really have problems with the pharmacy

  28. Never knew they had a behavior health unit and when my family member went there he had a great experience and both day and evening staff were caring, compassionate, professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and well trained. Thank you and keep up the good work.

  29. One of the worst hospitals in the tri state area. The staff is rude to both patients and guests. Their diagnoses are not thorough. The best part of this hospital is the parking ticket machine- it gives clear instructions.

  30. Honestly customer service is horrible they answer with attitude. Even if they are calling back they give you attitude. I gave birth in this hospital I’m so disappointed lately. I wish I can speak with someone higher up.

  31. You may not survive sitting in the waiting 3-5 hours just to be seen. Perhaps the hospital needs to expand the emergency department to accommodate the influx of patients. Wouldn’t even give 1 Star 🤮🤕😷🤒🤧 …

  32. I received a letter from a law firm stating that I owe money to Holy Name Hospital. I have not even received any notices from the billing department. Surprise surprise…

  33. Please Please Read! Do NOT go to this hospital! If you can avoid it, refrain from going there for care. They will charge your health plan Or bill and lie on the billing statement and treatment. When you address it, they completely disregard your concerns. Horrible Experience
