  5. I have known of and referred to this company for years, and started working for them avout 3 months ago and have been impressed with the care, efficiency, professionlism and ethics throughout. They are doing it right and I am so proud and excited to represent this company far into the future!

  6. Don’t use this company they are a rip off. Told me my insurance paid for now they are trying to bill me for $400. More. They come for 15 or 20 minutes totally unprepared. Even had to provide my blood pressure machine! They stay long enough to charge and do nothing!!’

  7. These people in the office need to get their act together. They are always telling us that insurance has it on hold. Call insurance and they said no it’s approved. Go through 2 to 3 days arguing. Then they finally send someone out. This happens all the time. Very frustrating!!!!

  8. My Pappy had to use their services after he had a procedure done at the hospital. My family was very happy with the care my Pappy received and he was back on the golf course faster than he thought he would be. I am glad to see him smiling again and back where he needs to be, thank you Home Care Providers.

  9. They don’t care about anything but Census which equals more money. It’s sad to see a company that allows the V.I.P of operations as she would call herself run the company down. The turnover is unbelievable, people quit everyday due to the …

  10. This place is a joke. Don’t use them. My dad was matched with this company when he got discharged from mckinney rehab. The nurse called on a Thursday night to schedule for Friday. He said he would show up between 8 and 8:30 am and I said …

  11. Run, run away, worst service ever. As a retired nurse I know quality when I see it, this company is far from it! Unprofessional! Left my wife with nausea for over 2 weeks. Told they would help with dme, nope, fail again. I better not get a bill from them!

  12. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; THEY ARE A FRAUD! Their billing system is the complete worst ever!!! We paid every single one of our invoices yet they kept billing us telling us we still owed money. We made several calls to them and each time …

  13. Worked there for 10 months. Great services always given. No doubt about that. However, staff are over worked. From office staff to clinicians, all over worked. Hiring process is not fast enough for the growing census. Causes a lot of stress …

  14. The nurses are great! The people in the office Do Not communicate
And do not respond to the the current orders from the hospital , doctors office or the wound care clinic. They will challenge you, argue and hang up on you…. If you are in great need of medical care Do Not Use this provider!

  15. I give them 0 stars (but had to give them one or the review would not post) because we have not been able to get them to return phone calls to start service. My wife was matched up with them for after care when leaving the hospital. They …

  16. Had a total hip replacement surgery 5 weeks ago and used a physical therapist with a nurse that came separately to take BP and pulse. Got the bill and apparently my insurance (BCBS) won’t cover it and only about 10% was discounted. I got …

  17. What a joke. One of my family members had surgery less than a week ago and has been bleeding from his incision. We called out home care nurse and she told us to go to a ER. We called the doctor and the doctor said there is no need to go to …

  18. At first this seems like an ideal job where you can stay long term. Well once the new wears off you see the agency and its true colors. The staff is demeaning to any and everyone. Always talking about someone inappropriately in public …

  21. Who knows? Was supposed to be set up with these folks starting on Monday, was called on Tuesday, nurse called, I returned the call and left a message. Nurse never returned my call. Received another call from different nurse on Thursday. …

  22. I’m quickly approaching my one year mark with this company and I couldn’t be more happy about it. This company is such a treat to be a part of. The staff is professional, courteous, loving, and kind. The atmosphere with this company feels …

  23. I grew up in the health care field, with a mother in long-term care administration, and have now worked in it, myself, a little over eleven years. Needless to say, I have seen it all…the good, the bad, and everything in between. Home Care …

  24. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY HOME HEALTH SERVICES YOU MAY NEED. this company is a fraud. The nurses will never show up and they will still bill the insurance company. They are a complete fraud. My family member was referred by the …

  25. My opinion, as an experienced nurse, HCP is a 5 star home care agency. I was a pretty sick cookie diagnosed with a chronic illness, strung up on IVs and drains. I was extremely fortunate to be assigned two caring, careful, and comforting …

  26. A great company to work for. I truly believe we are the best Home Health agency in Texas. We have great staff, from intake to nurses to sales. Also the technology we have makes it so easy to track patients and make sure we have everything we need in order to provide exceptional care to everyone.

  27. My wife is a patient. We have used HCP in the past and it is never our first choice. The main reason is that the nurses never call or text the day before or the morning of an appointment to give us a time window. The other agency we prefer …

  28. STAY AWAY. I wish they could get zero stars. Came home after a hip replacement surgery. The onboarding nurse took 2 days to show up. The PT nurse never called me for 4 days after that. At that point I told her not to even bother. I’m 48 and …

  31. Care Providers of Texas is professional knowledgeable and very courteous. Zach is a well trained, magnificent PT and I’m happy he was assigned to me for therapy. During that time, communication was always excellent and office staff were always kind and helpful.

  33. Not only have I happily worked at Home Care Providers for 9+ years, this agency also provided wonderful care for mine and my husband’s elderly grandmothers. The nursing team communicates very well with patients and their families, and the therapy team is second to none! I highly recommend!

  34. DO NOT use this service for anyone. They don’t have qualified workers in key positions. Nurses showed up to treat my parent and went through process (non-paper) and occasionally would check vitals. Promising they would contact MD for …

  36. Incompetent management team that is woefully unqualified for their roles, most especially “HR”. They would rather fire you than have an adult conversation with you about your performance, let alone give you any training or guidance. This …

  37. Do not be fooled. They will WORK you until you’re no good mentally or physically. Once you are burned out, they will throw you away like you never existed. Management comes first then the money, then the patients. As an employee you will have a false sense of job security. As a patient, you will feel ignored and undervalued.

  38. let me start by saying they hire out/ contract the therapies with very competent and respectful and timely staff who do not work directly for this agency. this review is in no way speaking to their all-around professionalism. this review …
