HDIS a supply company for adult diapers sends Medicaid request too soon and causes all kinds of trouble. They wait til the day supplies should be sent out to tell me they don’t have a new prescription from my Dr They never told me or I could have contacted the Drs office much earlier. I’m changing supply companies ASAP

HDIS has excellent customer service. They contact the doctor and do all the leg work. They send samples so you can decide what works best before ordering. Shipments arrive promptly. We’re thankful for HDIS.
Another month, another missed date of shipping. Yet again, told product would ship Dec 27th and they don’t ship til the 29Th. Is it still the new system’s fault? More lies …

I originally chose this company because they’re based in my home state but after holding for 21 and 20min respectively and NEVER reaching anyone, I’m afraid I’ll have to get another supplier. They dont even open back up at 1p as indicated …
All you hear is system updating. Again order not shipped due to backorder in product that I was able to add from Medicaid.
