These people are ripping everyone of.i paid a 200$ deposit we are moving and I was told I would only get back 100$ and the remainder of my bill comes out of that my bill will only be around 35$ so out of 200$ I only get back 65$ someone is lining there pockets freaking con artists.
This place is unprofessional. Stay far away from this place…I moved out and my bill was 99.90. My 100 deposit was suppose to apply to this and come to find out all of a sudden I’m charged $141 out of no where because they stated I had a leak in my water…why do I have to pay for that… they are crooked scam artists.

I’ve been using the company since Mar ’19. My personal experience is pretty good. I had a leak, which caused my bill to be extremely high. The ladies in the office and the manager were very understanding. I was able to pay the balance in a reasonable timeframe and they waived the late fees for me. Much appreciated!
The people that work there are like family to my family. We’ve had their service since the 60s when my papa bought our house. They are very understanding and very sweet. They will treat you as family. I love em all in that building.
I think it’s time for this company to be checked into from the state the fees they charge and if they buying water from the city than let the city be in charge this what happens when they are the sole providers you have nowhere else to go!!!
Very nice people that work in the office, and excellent field reps as well. Not sure what all the hate is about on deposits, fees, etc. If you don’t understand that your deposit is actually used throughout the year, you should probably take math at your community center.
My bill increases every month without explanation! I don’t wash my car at home and never water my grass! I never see anyone checking the meter EVER! And why am I being charged 3.00 for a building fund! And 4.19 to pay on line!! Not my responsibility to house a bunch of rude people in a/c all summer long!
