  1. Your automated system sucks. Went the the recordings three times told it was the wrong number never told what was the right one. Transferred here and there. All I wanted to do was pay the damn bill!

  3. Wow all of my ductables have doubled this year without notice. Still the same huge premium for me and my family but just half the coverage. Very dissatisfied about this but yet nothing will ever change it. I hate America’s healthcare system

  6. The City of Reno employees are stuck with this useless insurance. They cover nothing but all important treatments and procedures are excluded. City should be ashamed for providing this so called health insurance for their employees.

  7. Full coverage but they fail to pay for almost every doctor visit hoping to stick me with the bill. They act like its an accident every time but this literally happens every time. Somehow almost all of my medication is not covered under my RX plan too.

  8. If I could give a negative star I would. I had been on hold for THIRTY MINUTES. It is impossible to get someone on the phone. I pay soo much money for this insurance to not even have good customer services. Are you serious? I was also incorrectly billed twice. So upset with this provider.

  9. I wish there were a way to give negative stars. My insurance changed from one HTH plan to another in the middle of seeing one of their docs for a procedure. Because of a HTH contract, the original doctor is no longer able to see me… not even if I pay cash. This is beyond stupid. I now need to start all over with a new doc.

  13. Customer service was on point…very, very polite. Although the lines were ridiculously long, it was understandable. I would really recommend going right when they open which is at 7 a.m., the wait time for me was 1.5 hrs. & I arrived at 1 p.m. So if you could arrive earlier, I would do so!
