Customer service is really poor here. Had a simple question regarding my account and a missed trash pickup was continuously interrupted by the woman on the other line not allowing me to get a word in. Not good way to do business.
We live in Waikiki and this morning we got rudely woken up, I looked over the lanai to see who was making all the racket. It was one of their trucks! Seriously, 4:40am is much too early to be waking people up. Sirens are unavoidable, but surely their trucks don’t have to start so early!!
Got rid of this company due to a bad service, their drivers are always somewhere slacking or could be taking. Break for one or more two hours abandoning clientels
3:15 am and they are already up and making so much noise!!!! 3:15?!!? Come on!! I understand they try to beat the traffic. But 3:15am with all that noise is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I spoke to someone that worked there and complained.. And what did she say… “oh yeah, they’re not supposed to start THAT early?” And that was it. Well hello!!

Well then, you’d love this company. They pick up trash anywhere from 2:30-5:30AM …
The inefficiency of the dumpster pick up in Waikiki is embarrassing. An hour for two city blocks and a disasterpiece of a system involving two trucks and dumpsters blocking the road. Inefficiency at its worst.
I’ve dealt with this company over 20 years as a building manager and they have missed scheduled pickups more times than I can remember. Always before a holiday. Lazy incompetent drivers purposely skipping properties to save time.

Terrible service, scheduled for daytime pickup but these guys still come in at 4-5 in then morning.
