  1. They tell you someone will call, and it never happens. Finally when you call back to them again they say they will have someone call 2 days later no call!! Customer service is useless!!

  2. I record Days of Our Lives daily. Since the Olympics began, my show is on ch 116. Thats great!! However, the program doesnt record on its own. I set up a series recording but, unless I’m home to hit “record” before 1:00, it won’t record. It’s frustrating. (Thank goodness for the NBC app).
