Almost every other week I need to call them to pick up my one of my bins because they missed picking mine up. We have no other choices for garbage service, so I gotta use them.
Really bad customer service. They sent me the wrong information and then wanted to charge me to come pick up my trash and recycling on my normal pickup day. Instead of honoring their word, they made up excuses to try and charge me extra. Do yourself a favor and go with a different waste management company.
Horrible customer service. Customer of 20 years and I ordered the wrong size dumpster. Have nothing in the dumpster for them to dispose of, and refuse to give me any sort of a credit back. I understand a pick up fee maybe, but no reason to keep all of my money when it was a honest mistake.
