This place is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. There are a lot better options for other banks or financial services. If I had known how poor they’re customer service was or how much trouble I would have had it of them, I never would have opened ANY accounts with them.
I don’t have an account with them. Only asked if I could exchange 2 $20 bills into 4 rolls of quarters. The response from the teller. Is that all transactions are locked behind being a member. That’s great for members. Not so great if your bank has no facilities in the town you live, and you need a simple exchange.
Had to go into the actual main bank. Only 3 tellers which was not the problem. One of the tellers spent her time chatting extensively with both customers and other tellers while a line of people waited in line. Disappointed! Also had to …
