You people need to employ a system whereby you can verify that the number you are calling to inform a member of the public that their loved one is at your facility is the correct number. I received a very troubling call from your facility only to learn afterwards that you had dialed my number in error. This cannot be allowed to happen.
We put our grandma in here she couldnt talk and stuck her innthe demnina unit where everyday inwent she’d cry and cry her home w me bc she was lonely and no one visited her

The physical therapists were professional, however the aides basically run the patient care and don’t seem to be well supervised. The food was awful. Often cold, no microwaves available.
The entry was quick, efficient and safe. The new system for visitors to use when entering the facility is an obvious improvement on several levels and a welcome enhancement.
Be very wary of leaving your loved ones over nite. They are so under staffed that it could take hours for help to get to your family member. They let my 91year old moms oxygen run out over night and took over an hour to respond to her call for assistance. Look elsewhere !!!
Family was here for three days. She was threatened, sutures opened and not cared for, she had to wait hours for pain meds, documents were placed in front of her for her signature without her having the opportunity to review with family. Be very cautious.
Lets See. Mom was there for a month. Fell in the bathroom. Was sent home without an X Ray. Had a broken back, Pneumonia, a UTI, severe dehydration and a sodium level that could kill a slug. Only send a loved one there if you want them to die.

The staff at Huntington Hills Rehab don’t care about their patients and don’t devote any time for them. My mother was there waiting hours for simple things like water or a potty. I was very impressed with the procedure to go to visit a patient the Covid test screening I was thrilled to see the procedure was done and the lady behind the counter was very very helpful I will definitely recommend this place.
