Idaho Arthritis Center Reviews ( 85 )

  1. Was 15 minutes early, had to wait 45 min after set appointment time. Doctor came into room and talked with me for 5 minutes. Charged $250 for nothing. Staff was nice. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy

  2. Don’t plan on getting a second opinion here, they don’t know what that is apparently. Even though 2nd opinions are very common in medicine. Poor standard of care especially with limited Rheum options in a fast growing community. Very unprofessional way to run a clinic. No wonder your reviews are terrible.

  3. I have been going to them for 4 years. Today they informed me I had to pay a $290 deposit, which is outrageous itself, but the VERY nasty and rude girl at reception took the cake. I will no longer be a patient at this practice, and I will tell every single person I know about their horrendous policy and rude staff.

  4. I am impressed with the time Dr Lagwinski took to listen to me. I mean really listen. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them

  5. Having to switch to a different Rheumatologist because of an insurance change. I called to find out if any of the docs treated UCTD patients and was told it was not something they really treated at their clinic.

  6. I’ve been to several different rheumatologist over the past few years. Idaho arthritis centre has been the most customer service oriented office of any of them. At other offices I haven’t been able to get a call back while having a flareups …

  7. Do not go here. I am a young person with severe rheumatoid arthritis and the people that work here are the absolute worst. No one is helpful or willing to let you know whats going on. If you need to contact the doctors it takes them 2-3 …

  8. I just received a call from this center to schedule my first appt. My primary care Dr referred me. My appt. is in two weeks. The gal who called was very kind, professional and helpful when I had questions. I look forward to meeting Dr Meier!

  9. If I were you, I would seek other care provider other than Megan Lane. She seems lost in diagnosis and is more than willing to put a patient under injections of steroids. I would seriously consider another medical provider in Meridian and Boise.

  10. This place only has appointments within a decent time frame if you push them. (They told me they were three weeks out and I told them I was in a lot of pain and they needed to be seen sooner and at that point they found an opening within 48 …

  11. I am surprised at some of the bad reviews as I have been a patient for 7 years. All of the staff are kind and helpful. I have received excellent care from Dr Lagwinski and am very glad that he is my rheumatologist.

  12. I have been going here for about 6 years now. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I am a difficult blood draw and yet they manage it the fest time nearly every time, which is amazing in and of itself. Dr. Lagwinski is my doctor and …

  13. I was referred to DR Lagwinski May of 2017 for ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, and osteroarthritis. I also see a cardiologist for severe P.O.T.S. syndrome. When I asked their office for a support letter for disability DR …

  14. My recommendation would be to stay far away! I have tried, and so has my PCM, to get an appointment here for a 2nd opinion. After three months of back and forth, they have denied my request to be seen. They want me to go back to St Lukes and St Lukes wont let me see any other providers. Frustrating!

  15. I liked the phlebotomist so I am giving it a two star strictly because she was the only uplifting thing about that visit.
They send you a huge packet to fill out and it says that if it isn’t filled out …

  16. I started seeing Jennifer McGill last November (2015). She has been the most thorough provider I’ve seen in YEARS! The staff I’ve dealt with have been friendly and nice. I’m treated with respect and everyone there always listens to my …

  17. Dr. Palfreyman and Kyle are very compassionate and willing to help my world be an easier place with RA. Their staff including the infusion center is always a welcoming place. I highly recommend them, I have been a patient for over 4 years and no problems or issues.

  18. I waited nearly 2 months for a 1st appointment. My specialty prescription has been expired since moving to Boise. I really needed to get a new one. The office never sent me new patient package with direction to their office. I left work …

  19. I’ve been going here for a couple years now. Dr. Palfreyman and his whole staff have literally been the best Rheumatologist team I have ever experienced in my 10+ years of dealing with RA. The level of care I receive here is unrivaled. I am so happy I found them. They have made dark days bright again. Thank you so much for that.

  20. I am shocked at some of these reviews. I have been going to this office for approx 5 yrs.I started seeing Dr Lagwinski, when he started doing mornings only I changed to Dr Palfreyman. Now I rotate between Dr P and his P A Kyle George. …

  21. UPDATE: Dr. Meyer missed my Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis. Saw another rheumatologist and had a preliminary diagnosis in 15 min. Their blood tests are not even accurate. Idaho Arthritis said I was within normal for the ANA, but I was …

  22. Dr. Lagwinski and his P.A. Collette have been awesome! They listen to me and have helped me to sort out RA issues versus other issues. I love that they explain the reasons behind their advice. Their lab techs and xrays techs are always …

  23. No matter how many years you see the providers here, it takes days to get a response. Then they argue with you about when you called or whether or not you called… One problem after another is blamed on “staffing issues,” which no one …

  24. I was referred to this clinic from other people who have good experiences. I unfortunately did not share their experiences. I have been overwhelmingly unimpressed with the entire office. Everybody is very nice but trying to get any …

  25. My Doctor Svetlan Meir was very caring. I felt I was in good hands with her. She will definitely be treating my arthritis in my hands win my back. I believe she is very knowledgeable and caring! I am looking forward to being a patient for as long as need be. I am trying to find the portal to pay my outstanding balance of $94.5:

  26. I am a huge fan of this practice. In this world of being rushed by physicians, feeling like a number or a statistic, and feeling unheard, Idaho Arthritis is a breath of fresh air. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lagwinski and his PAs for over 3 years …

  27. The scheduling portion of the whole thing was very easy. And the man at the front desk was very kind, I’ll give them that. The rest of the process? Horrible. Dr Meier had zero bedside manner, went straight into telling me that I needed a …

  28. This place has one the worst administrative offices I’ve experienced, particularly Sarah, the assistant for Dr. Meier. I called and left a message requesting a return call and never received one. I called 8 times on a single day over the …

  29. I see Dr P and he is incredible! I always get the kind of care you would expect if you were family. I highly recommend this office and all the staff that works here. This is one of my favorite doctors that I have to go to. Not because the …

  30. Dr Palfreyman and his entire team are amazing. I started seeing him and his PA Kyle a few years ago and I’ll never go anywhere else. I mistakenly got a referral to another doctor just for a second opinion because I’m stubborn and that was the worst. Don’t be like me, just go here haha.

  31. Very competent caring physicians and nurses here. I am very happy with my care. The doctor is now so popular he has two PA’s who I see every other time. This is good, hard at first but the same quality, compassionate care with them as well. …

  32. Dr Palfreyman is great. The paper pushing staff is completely incompetent. Forgot to put in the insurance claim for four months then after several phone calls not getting returned I went in to see if they would process the claim. I was …

  33. This arthritis group are the absolute best. Everyone that I have dealt with from check-in to check-out are pleasant, helpful and completely professional. Questions always get answered and treatment plans are always discussed.

  34. This is the worst facility and providers. My doctor sent a referral in. They called and without even seeing me they said there was nothing they could do. Are you kidding me! Where is the customer service and taking the time to listen to …

  35. I have never visited a doctors office that was so friendly and organized! From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was so caring and helpful. My doctor (Dr. Palfreyman) truly listened to me and repeated back what he was hearing to …

  36. The Idaho Arthritis Center has an efficient, kind, well trained staff from start to finish including the office staff, the lab, the infusion staff, nurses, PAs and doctors.

  37. This is by far the worst medical clinic I have ever dealt with. Hours behind schedule, changing your provider without notifying you, and the front desk is rude and unwelcoming. Idaho really needs to step up it’s game with rheumatologist because Dr.Lagwinski and his practice can’t seemed to be bothered with their patients.

  38. I had been seeing Dr Palfryman and missed a couple of appointments in 2019 due to my daughter being pregnant and very sick. They discontinued my care and refuse to see me again. How is it a person misses a couple of appointments and you …

  39. I’m a single mom working a full time job to provide for my children and myself. I’ve been struggling with autoimmune issues for the past 7 years. My symptoms have been worsening with each passing year leading me to a point where my pain, …

  40. All of the staff was kind and welcoming and an overall great experience. Dr Weber truly left me with a sense of confidence in working with her. I have multiple health issues and so have worked with many doctors. But I already trust that I’m going to be happy with her diagnosis and treatment.

  41. Idaho Arthritis Center provides excellent patient care and compassionate bedside manner. Professional in every way, they work hard to fi d solutions to individual medical needs. Highly recommend.

  42. Excellent providers and staff! I have been a patient at this clinic for many years and I have always felt like I matter. The providers are always willing to try new treatments to find out what works for me and are always willing to listen. …

  43. This office only cares for their financial gain. I was referred to Kyle George 3 times, 1 time with my provider speaking directly to Kyle since My health was declining drastically, so much that I could no longer work FT and lost insurance. …

  44. The staff at the Caldwell office were very nice and so was Dr. Palfreyman. I didn’t feel as though he recommended unnecessary tests as I have a high copay and he was mindful of that. I deducted off a star for my initial communications …

  45. This clinic is professional and timely with respect to the waiting time. Dr. Meier was well prepared for my visit and thoroughly reviewed all of my medical records before my first visit. The whole system runs smoothly and I would highly recommend Idaho Arthritis Center.
