Don’t run a business in Idaho. I have dealt with business taxes in 5 states. ID is the worst. Their system is more complicated than others and their phone support is rude (even more rude that what you would normally expect from tax collectors). So if you have the option, go elsewhere.
HORRIBLE!! They are so hard to work with and refer you to the website to do anything. And EVERYTHING has an additional fee. Our household easily pays over 12K in taxes per year and y’all can’t come up with a system that allows me to make a payment for free? Ha!
My money was stolen due to an error on your end and instead of being compassionate and putting the money back on my card so i could get food and diapers you said it wasnt your problem and kept my money. Evil people.

My wife went to drop off the Idaho Tax Returns during her lunch break, so I gave her instructions per the woman I spoke with on the phone. No signs in the parking lot. I have paid tax, yearly, in person at this and their old office on park center for 17 years. People always 1st rate, helpful, patient.
