Horrible insurance canceled my policy against the hold and intent issued by Maryland insurance administration so I have a lapse in my insurance now…… And because they broke the hold of insurance from the state of Maryland.
Worse Compact ever , don’t put this ins. Bad customer services always give you hard time to go to the right department…you wait wait and wait on hold on the phone .

All the people who are giving this company 4-5 stars have to work for the company. This company is extremely unprofessional… customer service is horrible. The wait time is horrible. The responsiveness is horrible. I would be embarrassed to be the president of this organization
This is the worst car insurance ever… they are rude and they do not return your calls. I was hit by someone that was insured by them and because they were unable to reach there insured they dropped my claim to repair my car!!
Very very poor service actually had someone answer the phone after being on hold for 20 mins and say “hey” as if i inconvenienced them by calling their cell phone. I was then passed around by at least 5 people who couldn’t help me and sounded like they hated their jobs.
It has taken over 46, yes forty-six, days for them to process my claim and send me a check. There is zero customer service. An estimate took 23 days. Even after I got estimates from various local body shops. Avoid!!
Unprofessional, take forever to pay a claim and every payment to another driver involves you being served a warrant for a court appearance and then maybe they will pay it. Absolutely worthless company.
I been theire customer for 3 years just over 117 dollars they don’t wanna keep me . They were overcharging me. I cancelled the policy but to get the money back from them is hard It’s been over a month still no sign of my money. When they want money they take but giving time forget about it.

I’ve been a customer for 5+ years with no negative issues and very competitive rates. This past year my wife was the victim in an accident and IFA processed the claim and communicated everything with ease. We have no reason to go elsewhere.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Unlike other customers, I can honestly say that the reps are great. They answered all of my questions and were always very pleasant. It’s a shame they aren’t renewing any policies this coming year. Their rates were the best. I’m going to miss them.
