People here are courteous and professional. I have never had any problems. Be prepared for a larger deposit regardless of good credit or a letter of credit. This is a coop, you have to pay a membership fee.
This electric company is heartless and doesn’t care about people. Even with a medical problem in the home and help with DHS they still expect me to pay a $400 deposit and a $100 reconnect fee on top of my $789 bill and the bad thing is I been a customer for 20 yrs but that doesn’t matter to them.

Power has gone out this Saturday morning, and there’s no way to contact anyone about it. The emergency technician never answered the phone. Waited 30 minutes to report the outage, I was just left on a continuous loop of instructions. This is ridiculous. Very unprofessional, and not acceptable.
ICE use to be great you never went without power now it sense 2mph winds put you without power.
I’m on oxygen and have to use my traveling tanks cause I’ve been without power for 3 hrs
