Horrible customer service. They will blame anyone but themselves when a mistake is made and give lots of attitude when confronted on it. Do not care for customers knowing they will be paid regardless of how they treat people.
A friend of mine shared an experience he had with the water district. There is a $50 charge per month for a “meter fee” and his sprinkler system was accidentally turned on for 4 to 5 hours and the bill was around $400 dollars!! What kind …
Visiting my folks and they had an issue with a valve at the street that meant I couldn’t repair some stuff. A guy from the water company was there within 30 minutes even though it wasn’t an emergency. …
They were very nice and explained everything that they needed to do so we were well informed before they proceeded, and they did an amazing job replacing our sewer pipes ♡ no more back ups♡♡

Worst people ever. That shut my water off unknowing, when I called to see why my water was off they couldn’t tell me why. I called for two days when the woman told me to go check my own meter. I am 8 months pregnant with a hight risk …

Always great service! Two of the best customer reps are Bernadette & Isabel. Outstanding service, no matter what the issue. Give the women a raise!
