It turns out that more than a few people who live with mental illness will also do things like miss an appointment or a payment. If that’s you, don’t go here. You’ll run out of meds and will have to white knuckle until you can schedule an appointment. They will withhold meds over owing $20.
Rudest front office crew. Don’t call in or they won’t treat you like a patient. If you have an issue. They won’t help you get it resolved. Too bad I have to see my doctor for my mental health because those ladies are mean and hard to deal with.

I’ve been going to IHG for 5 years. They are awesome. The front desk people are friendly and helpful; my doctor is great, listens and gives good advice and in general it’s a pleasant place to work on your mental health.
This company will not cater to you unless you have good insurance or feed them money. It’s not about patients here, its a cooperate office setting. They do not want you, just money and to peddle prescriptions that will most likely; end you up worse than if you weren’t here.
