Dr. Caryn Vogel is amazing. I have been seizure free for two years!
My Dr is great always takes time with me and addresses my questions and concerns.

It is very hard to get Dr. Vogel to return calls. I was looking for a doctor I can talk to if something should come up. I was looking for acknowledgment for a request to speak with her. I never got a response. In my opinion certain members of her staff can be very unprofessional.
HORRIBLE… While doing the EMG, the doctor quickly lost patience with my anxiety. I have PTSD, and was fighting panic the whole time. It was incredibly painful… Never again. I’m a real person, not a mannequin.
Had a recent appointment and it went very smoothly. In and out pretty quickly. Friendly staff and doctors (much friendlier than some practices I’ve dealt with). I’ll certainly return. It seems they’ve taken steps to improve service.
Scheduled 2 appointments with Dr. Vogel and waited over an hour to be seen each time! Nurses and Doctor don’t seem to be worried about wait times and it is very frustrating. Most patients will schedule an appointment and won’t be seen until 30 minutes to an hour after the appointment time.
The worst experience. I was a patient for years when a medical assistant started accusing me of being a junkie, her exact word, because I complained about my prescription being 2-3 weeks late on several occasions. I complained to the doctor several times and nothing was ever done about it.
