New to the area. I took my daughter here today with possible appendicitis. The staff, from triage, her nurse, the PA, patient transport, radiology tech, and front desk were nothing but phenomenal. Thank you all for everything you do for this community.

Their rooms are disgusting and they forget about their patients and when they are in the room they are absolutely rude and dont know what they are talking about

Labor and Delivery was absolutely terrible very very disappointed in the care we aren’t from the area my wife had an emergency and there wasn’t even a dr at the hospital to come see her and refused to come in and see her!
Just had a lot of tests and a major surgery here. Amazing doctor’s (Dr. Panesar and Dr. McCoy) and wonderfully professional, attentive and KIND staff everywhere around.
Brought in my child to be seen. Took 4 hours in the waiting room to be seen. Now if this was a real hospital not a countryside bandaid station he would have been seen with in 30 minutes of walking in the door.
The worst hospital anyone could go. They are so slow in the emergency room! And their staff is mainly rude and very short tempered. Like they are not the reason you are waiting sooooo long. If I could give no stars I would!
My family and I have had may experiences with Indiana Hospital. All of them were great. Wonderful place. We travel from Latrobe to go here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My son had to be transferred to Pittsburgh. Between the two hospitals it took from 4pm to 10:30pm. He asked for a drink didn’t receive it until another nurse came to check on him. He wasn’t in good hands at all as far as I was concerned!
Biggest joke of an establishment imaginable. My girlfriend went several times for an infection that eventually required surgery and was constantly given zero results. Terrible service, incompetent surgeons, and an all around disgrace to medical facilities everywhere. Avoid at all costs
Beware of the billing department here, they even though they have your insurance information, they will send co-pays or left over bills to collections, they are in such a hurry to send them to collections, I wish they would make sure of your information before screwing up your credit.

Went on a Saturday because my family doctor was not open. Did not receive effective treatment the problem, only the symptoms. Ended up having to go to my family doc on Monday when they opened anyway where I finally received treatment after 6 days of awful pain.

I’ve been getting regular lab work and the COVID Screening, registration and actual lab draws have been streamlined and professional. Also had a mammogram in the Women’s Imaging Center and received excellent care. So glad we have a community hospital with a professional and caring staff.

While as cutting edge as UPMC, Indiana Hospital has come a long way, and I would highly recommend it for any care needed.

The doctors were ok. Same as any other hospital. But the way they cram patients into rooms with conflicting illnesses is awful. Id never recommend being admitted into this hospital unless u don’t care about having peace and quiet for healing. Terrible experience.

I’ve been getting regular lab work and the COVID Screening, registration and actual lab draws have been streamlined and professional. Also had a mammogram in the Women’s Imaging Center and received excellent care. So glad we have a community hospital with a professional and caring staff.
