I have had none of the concerns that other reviewer’s of had here. The doctors and nurses have all been extremely patient, caring, and helpful every time I’ve been here. Drs. Troiano and Orinion for example are people you wish you could call your family doctor.

I got a referral to be seen here and after 3 weeks I had to call them to try and get appointment. Now 3 months later still no appointment. It is impossible to talk to a person and leaving a message is a waste of time.

I wish I had been informed more about what activities to avoid and for how long. If I was told, I was probably too nervous to really listen. As it was, it was a full six days before I felt well enough to resume normal activities.

I’ve been a patient for 40 years. There were 3 doctors when I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 1980. They have at least 15 now. They are still very caring, the staff is excellent. Arrived 15 min after appointment was scheduled. Their policy is to reschedule appointments for anyone who arrives 10 min late. This was never communicated. If you do make a schedule be prepared for an office that appears overwhelmed and treats patients as numbers instead of humans.
