I have used CenturyLink and Mediacom in the past and never had as reliable internet as I do now. I also love that I can go back a full 72 hours on the channel guide and watch anything I forgot to record.
They cannot do their job right! You pay your bill, and when you call they say it was not paid. Then you speak to someone else, and they say its paid? They do not give you authorization numbers for paying over the phone, but say they will …

just switched over after being with mediacom for 7+ years, and have had no problems (except when I mess up the remote) they could use better technical support, but then again they are just getting started and am sure they will iron out any wrinkles when they can!
IMU Fiber was installed yesterday at our home and the internet is beyond excellent! The technician from Patriot was speedy, knowledgeable and extremely careful when running the fiber line inside. The standard unit provides great wifi …
We are beyond grateful to have IMU in our town. They are always quick respond should we need anything and we love having fiber internet available at such good rates.
Called on January 25th to have internet set up in my new home, and was told they couldn’t have someone out to set it up until the 16th of February. 22 days to send someone out to plug in a modem and make a phone call to read a Mac address …
Awful customer relations. Extremely rude.
Internet fantastic! Always helpful and friendly!
Refuses to be proactive when trying to set up services.
They do not answer the phones. I had no power and there is no emergency number!
