Non existent customer service, hours wait and no answers. Very angry they moved my DC here. Never mailed me a PIN number and no answer on the phone, cost me thousands in loss. Their app is a joke.
The customer service reps don’t seem to know what they are doing. Transferred me multiple times, and kept getting my name wrong. Thought I was another person, despite having my SSN. And it was ridiculously complicated just to GET THE FORMS to request a rollover. Avoid at all costs.
Since taking over the NYC deferred Compensation the service and knowledge has been horrendous! You must speak to 5 different reps to get a collective right answer! Time it takes for a withdrawal/ transaction is sometimes double what is indicated. Just so bad overall. I guess the cheapest bud won the contract !
If I could put 0 stars, or a grade of F, I would! For me Voya has been the worst life insurance experience ever. My policy was with ING, then Voya took over. I have attempted on multiple occasions I change the beneficiaries without …
85 Fee for what Mafia, rude and unprofessional customer services. they forget to submit the requests after wasting your time in verifying and agree the terms and conditions
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would do so. I have requested my Roth IRA money nearly a month ago, and it is supposed to be a 10 day turn around max. Calling them does little good. You’ll be on hold for an hour or two to talk to …

They (not me) entered my information incorrectly when they took my account over from ING and now I always can’t access my own account. Always locked out since the “correct” information is still not correct. No way to reset your password …
It took me over 2 months to have Voya release my 401k funds that they were holding hostage (for fees) and have them rollover the account balance to my new 401k. …
This is aa unprofessional company that does shady work. I closed my account with them in 2019. I paid 135$ for closing the account. They sent me statement in April 2022 that I have 300$ left in my account. I had to close my account AGAIN. …
Horrible! I’m 66 yrs old and decided to start collecting on my money invested yrs ago. They apparently rejected the application because the notary didn’t sign her name on the signature line despite her stamp and license number on the form. …

CEO and execs do NOT care employees’ jobs. As long as they get their big bonuses, they don’t hesitate to outsource.
