People in the waiting area were not wearing masks and there was only one person working the front desk, so she didn’t have the capacity to enforce the posted policy or laws. That being said, it was gross to have people not wearing masks; some of whom were coughing.
I called the billing department because there was an error on our bill. I was ready for hrs of pain and suffering. Instead, a lovely woman fixed my bill in seconds. It was so easy and stress free. I was actually bummed there was no option to do a survey after the call

Good services, beware of poor billing practices. I was denied imaging services for my surgery for a bill I never received, apparently over 3 years ago. Although the new procedure is 100% covered by the VA, they refused to schedule.

People in the waiting area were not wearing masks and there was only one person working the front desk, so she didn’t have the capacity to enforce the posted policy or laws. That being said, it was gross to have people not wearing masks; some of whom were coughing.
I called the billing department because there was an error on our bill. I was ready for hrs of pain and suffering. Instead, a lovely woman fixed my bill in seconds. It was so easy and stress free. I was actually bummed there was no option to do a survey after the call
I had an amazing experience with the gentleman named Lucas, I believe he is a scheduler. He went out of his way and made an extra effort to accommodate my needs as a patient. I was truly touched by his caring attitude. Not to sound metaphysical, but there are angels walking among us.
